Roasted Basil Garlic Butter

The butter is to added to roasted, sauteed, and grilled item and to any vegetables just before serving.

1/2 c. roasted garlic in 1/3 c. olive oil,
8 oz. salted butter,
1 tsp. lemon juice,
1 T. sea salt,
1/4 tsp. black pepper,
1 T. chardonnay wine,

Toast a piece of french bread then spread a little, melt slightly and use for hot crab claws or hot shrimp dip
