Lamb With Lima Beans And Yams In Crock Pot

Peasant food, hearty and filling. You leave the table filled with flavor. If you need to eat a lot of meat, pass on this.
1&1/2 lbs. lamb neck and shoulder,
6 garlic cloves,
5-6 oz. shallots or onions,
1/2 lb. dried large lima beans,
1 c. cilantro,
3 oz. peppers (any kind)
8 oz. peeled yams,
1 tsp. bay leaf powder,
salt and pepper,
1 T. sriracha hot chili sauce.

3 hrs. and 10 minutes cooking time.
