western omelette with tomato

I demonstrate how to make a rounded omelette, not like the one you have in your local diner. Best to use a non stick pan or Calphalon as I do

1/4 c. ea. green pepper, ham, fresh tomato and onion,
2 small eggs and 1 egg white,
salt and pepper.
