Red And Great Northern Beans With Ham And Turkey

This meal only needed 1 hr. 10 minutes to finish. Soaking the beans overnight starting off with warm water shortened the cooking time. This made 4 qts enough for 8 meals for me with a little rice.

1 lb. raw turkey breast,
10 oz. ea. red beans and great northern beans,
4 oz. celery,
5 oz. carrots,
12 oz. onion,
6 garlic cloves,
1 qt. chicken stock,
4 oz. green pepper,
1/2 c. diced prosiutto ham,
1 T. dried thyme,
4 bayk leaves
