4 ea. yellow and green patti pan,
4 ea. baby zuchinni,
4 baby bella mushroom,
2 oz. green pepper,
2 oz. onion,
1 ea. sweet mini peppers,
yellow, red, orange,
4 garlic cloves,
1/3 c. dry red wine (optional)
