Very tender cuts of beef marinated then cut into 2 oz. pieces.

1&1/2 lb. filet of beef,
1/4 c. citrus seasoned soy sauce,
1/4 c. lemon juice,
1 tsp. dijon mustard
5 garlic cloves,
1 T. worcestershire sauce,
1/2 c. cabernet sauvignon,
4 bay leaf,
1 tsp. thyme leaves,
1 tsp. oregano leaves,
2 T. honey,
green peppers,

1 tsp. paprika,
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper,
12 slices bacon
