Escargot/snails Batter Dipped

Another tasty way to do snails. Cooking takes ten minutes. Marinating takes 4 hrs.

Marinade:

1 T. citrus seasoned soy sauce or regular,
1/4 c. dry white wine or sake,
1 T. diced red onion,
1/2 tsp. garlic.

Batter:

1/4 c. all purpose flour,
1/4 c. corn starch,
1/2 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. baking powder,
2 whole eggs,
1 egg white,
2 T. oil,
1/2 tsp. sriracha sweet chilil sauce,
1/4 c. dry white wine
