Pork Ribs With Beans

Everyone loves BBQ ribs. This is a bit different. Not sweet or spicy. Simmered together with beans for a heavy meal.

1/2 lb. dried garbanzo beans
1/2 lb. dried lima beans (any size)
1/2 lb. kielbasa (optional) I used for flavor
6-7 oz. green pepper
3-4 oz. celery
3 oz. carrots
8 garlic cloves
12-13 oz. onion
3&1/2 lb. pork ribs
4 bay leaf
3 oz. sun dried tomato
1 T. s&p for veggies
1T. s&p for ribs

Cooking time between 1&1/2 -1&3/4 hrs. enough for 3 portion of ribs
