Pork Loin With Potato, Onion, Mushroom And Chicken Broth

1 lb. boneless center cut pork loin
1 lb. your favorite potato
1/2 qt. chicken broth
7-8 oz. baby bella mushroom
1 T. salt and pepper mix
1&1/2 T. basil paste/puree
1 c. frozen peas
2/3 c. your favorite shredded or grated cheese
