Fish Balls With Soba Noodles ( So Healthy)

Using only fresh fish and homemade fish stock will you get the same results as me. Tender balls in a rich broth.

1/2 lb. fish, red snapper and striped bass work well
1&1/2 qt. fish stock
1/2 oz. fresh ginger or 1 T.
2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. scallions
1 oz. red onion
1/2 oz. celery
1/2 oz. carrots
2 egg white
2 tsp. olive oil
1/8 c. white corn meal
1/2 tsp. sea salt for mix
1 tsp. sea salt for stock
1 tsp. hot sauce
3.1 oz. soba noodles
