Semolina Bread With Herbs

1&1/4 tsp. Granulated yeast,
2 c. semolina flour,
1 c. bread flour,
1 tsp. ea, dry basil and oregano,
1 egg,
1 T. olive oil or butter,
I revised the salt to 1&1/2 tsp.
1/4 tsp. black pepper,
1 tsp. sugar,
1 c. water,
1&1/2 T. sesame seeds ( optional ),
1 egg with 1 T. water to brush on.

375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.rm bread with a crunchy crust which makes great garlic bread
