Shrimps In Lobster Sauce Quick N Easy

A quick shrimp recipe tasting like lobster

24 ea. 21-25 count shrimps shell on ( don't buy already peeled shrimps )
1 T. minced shallots,
1 T. minced fresh garlic,
1/2 c. sauvignon blanc,
2 tsp. lobster base,
1 fresh bay leaf,
2 c. 1/2 & 1/2 of this 1/2 c. is added when you re-heat,
1/2 stick butter,
1 c. flour, salt and pepper to taste
