Fish And Red Bean Garlic Soup

Fresh fish with fresh red beans and garlic a meal in itself

This is what cooking is all about. Mix and match foods that can work together. Look at all these healthy ingredients and flavors that grow to 5 & 1/2 qts. of soup.

2 & 1/2 qts. fish stock
13oz. - 2&1/2 lbs. boneless and skinless fish,
8 garlic cloves,
1 lb. onion,
4 oz. celery
2 oz. carrots,
1 lb. dry red beans,
1 lb. tomatoes,
1 lb. white potatoes,
4 dried whole chilies,
4 bay leaves,
2 oz. green pepper,
1/4 c. fresh cilantro,
1\2 c. scallions,
1 T. dried thyme leaves,
1 tsp salt and pepper on fish.
