2 c. uncooked wheat berries boiled with 3 bay leaves and 1 tsp. sea salt,
2 oz. celery,
1 ear of corn,
15.5 oz cooked pinto beans,
4 garlic cloves,
4 oz. green pepper,
2 T. fresh oregano,
2 T. cilantro
