Wheat Berries With Grilled Vegetables And Pinto Beans

3 oz. carrots,
4 oz. yellow squash,
4 oz. zuchinni,
6 oz. ripe vine tomato,
4 oz. baby eggplant,
1 T. lemon juice,
1 T. lime juice,
2 T. extra virgin olive for salad,
5 oz. broccoli florets,
10 thin asparagus spears,
3-4 oz. shallots,
2 c. uncooked wheat berries boiled with 3 bay leaves and 1 tsp. sea salt,
2 oz. celery,
1 ear of corn,
15.5 oz cooked pinto beans,
4 garlic cloves,
4 oz. green pepper,
2 T. fresh oregano,
2 T. cilantro
