Chicken And Potato Cakes

Using no flour or breadcrumbs to be gluten free

From a little over 1 lb. of chicken you make 18-19 cakes,
no breadcrumbs and no flour.

1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt and pepper mix
3-4 oz. onions
1 oz. celery
10 oz. cooked Idaho potato or your favorite potato
18-19 oz. chicken breast
2 T. dryk white wine
1/3 c. beaten eggs
2 T. chopped parsley

using a 18-8 scoop gives you 18 - 19 cakes
