Tilapia Francaise Style

Tilapia is thin so works well in this recipe

Tilapia needs a lot of help being that it is a fresh water fish, with little of its own flavor were as salt water seafood/fish is flavor full on its own.

5-6 oz. tilapia filet
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. lelmon juice
1 T. butter
1 T. olive oil
2 T. flou
