Basil Beer Rolls/bread

2 c. bread flour, 2 c. semolina/durum flour, 1&1/2 tsp. sea salt, 2 tsp. granulated yeast, 1/2, tsp. black pepper, 1 c. fresh basil, 4 T. olive oil or butter, 4 garlic cloves, 1&1/2 c. beer + 2 T. water, 1 T. sugar,
If you don\'t want to use beer, use water.
375 degrees 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
