Orange Cranberry Rolls

Rolls you can freeze that taste like orange marmalade.
This is for a bread machine.
1 orange peeled with buttermilk for blender to yield 1&1/2 c. , zest from the orange, 3 c. bread flour, 1/4 c. ea. dried cranberries and dried apricot, 3 T. light brown sugar, 4 T. oil or butter, 1&1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 c. coconut flour, 3/4 + 1/3 c. water.
bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes
