1&1/2 c. durum/semolina flour,1& 1/!2 c. bread flour,1&1/2 tsp. yeast, 4 T. olive oil, 1 T. honey, 1&1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. water, 2 oz. carrots, 3 oz. zucchini, 6 oz. plum tomato, 6 oz. broccoli florets, 2 oz. green pepper, 6 oz. mushrooms, 3 oz. red onion, 6 garlic cloves.
