Leek And Fennel Bread Or Rolls

This is a special recipe using fennel and leeks. Nothing plain here. You won\'t be able to eat 1 slice or 1 roll, that is the problem with this recipe. All natural with no chemicals. When toasted, stays crisp to the last bite.

2 c. bread flour, 1&1/4 c. semolina/durum flour, 4 T. virgin olive oil or butter, 2 tsp. salt, 1&1/2 T. honey, 2 tsp. yeast, 1/3 c. finely diced leeks, 1 T. finely diced fresh fennel, 1&1/4 c. water.
