1/2 c. mascarpone cheese, 2/3 c. buttermilk, 4 T. butter or olive oil, 1 beaten egg, 3 T. water add with buttermilk, 3 T. honey, 1&1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 2 tsp. granulated yeast, 2 T. fresh rosemary, 1&1/2 c. all purpose flour, 1&1/2 c. bread flour
