Portebello Mushroom Stuffed With Chicken

This is an appetizer which serves 4 persons.Not a recipe for loosing weight, just one that is rich in flavor.

14-16 oz. chicken legs, 4 ea. 4 & 1/2\' diameter mushrooms, 2 oz. peeled shallots, 5 garlic cloves, 1/2 c. heavy cream, 3/4 c. extra sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, 1/4 c. sauvignon blanc, 3 oz. fresh spinach, 1/4 c. scallions, 1 T. corn starch with 1 T. cold water, 6 c. water for steamer to steam both chicken and mushrooms, 3 oz. fresh or frozen okra, 1 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce, 1 c. panco breadcrumbs with 2 T. butter
