1 lb. wu-mu noodle, 1 lb. red grape tomato, 1/2 lb. boars head keilbasa, 1-1&1/2 oz. fresh ginger, 6-8 oz. garlic cloves, 6 oz. red onion, 4 oz. carrots, 8 oz. mushrooms (any kind), 1/4 c. peanut oil for vegetable and 1/4 c. for pork, 2 sheets toasted seaweed, 5 oz. red pepper, 5 oz. yellow pepper, sesame oil 2 T. , 1/2 c. scallions, 6 oz. fresh baby spinach,1 bunch asparagus, 13-14 oz. center cut pork loin
