Collard Greens With Red Cabbage And Chicken

2 T. smoked paprika,
1 qt. stock or water,
1/2 lb. collard greens,
lb. red cabbage,
1&1/2 oz. fresh ginger,
3/4 c. dried apple chips,
1 c. dried cranberries,
1/2 lb. onions red or yellow,
8 garlic cloves,
3 lb. chicken legs with no skin,
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds.

4 portion main course.
Goes nice with boiled potatoes or your favorite grain.
