4 piece pork loin weighing 1 lb. 2 oz., 2-3 oz. fresh pineapple, 2-3 oz. green pepper, 1-2 oz. red onion, 1/4 c. dried cranberries, 1/3 c. banana liquor, 1/4 c. coconut flour, 4-5 garlic cloves, salt and pepper. olive oil or butter
