Beignet Bananas With Sauce

Made for individual dessert or buffet
Batter is good for 8-10 bananas, use firm bananas
Sauce will remind you of bananas foster

1 c. beer + 1/4 c. later, 1 tsp. granulated yeast add to beer at 110 degrees, 2 T. light brown sugar added to beer after yeast dissolves, 1 & 1/3 c. all purpose flour, 1/2 c. cornstarch, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 egg yolks, 2 egg whites

SAUCE:
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, 1/2 c. heavy cream, 1/4 c. banana liquor, 1 T. butter, don\'t buy the cheapest liquor.
