Guacamoli Style Omelette
Having a healthy omelette to start the day. You will not be hungry in a few hours like you would be having a carbohydrate meal.
2 whole eggs and 1 egg white,
1 plum tomato,
1 avocado,
1 T. cilantro,
1 T. red onion,
salt and pepper to taste, olive oil or butter for cooking.
