Braising the beef then bbq sauce. This will take 2 hrs. braising then 6 minutes to bbq. Even though the beef weighs 12 oz. With the bones and shrinkage it\'s only enough for 1 hungry person.

12 oz. short ribs ( thicker than what I bought ), 1 c.cabernet sauvignon, 1/2 c. water or beef stock, 1/3 c. celery, 1/3 c. carrots, 1 c. onions, 2 bay leaf, flour, salt and pepper, olive oil or butter.
