Julienne Chicken With Vegetables And Japanese Sweet Potato

1-28oz. can peeled plum tomato,
1 c. heavy cream,
1/2 lb. green peppers,
6-7 oz. garlic cloves,
1 lb. whole wheat pasta,
5 oz. red onion,
3 tsp. sea salt,
1/3 c. olive oil or butter,
1 tsp. table grind black pepper,
1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast.
4 and 1/2 qts. water with 3 T. salt for pasta,
1 large Japanese sweet potato. 25-30 minutes cooking time.
