1 & 1/2 c. all purpose flour, 1/2 c. duram/semolina flour, 3 T. granulated sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. sea salt, 1 & 3/4 c. buttermilk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 4 T. melted butter,
optional -- any combination of fruit up to 2 cups.
