14 oz. your favorite fish filet, 4 oz. green pepper, 5 oz. white cabbage, 5 garlic cloves, 1 & 1/2 tsp. ginger powder, 4 oz. celery, 3/4 c. scallions, 3/4 c. snow peas, 3 oz. shitake mushrooms, 3 oz. carrots,3 oz. baby spinach,2 T. quinoa with 5 T. cold water,flour or 2 T. corn starch with 2 T. cold water, 1 tsp. lemon pepper, 1 T. sea salt, 4 oz. red onion, 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
