1 c. uncooked black beans, 1 c. celery, 12 oz. whole wheat pasta, 1/2 c. julienne red onions, 2/3 c. minced cilantro or basil, 6 garlic cloves minced fine, 2 & 1/2 c. julienne plum tomato, 3 T. balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, 1/4 c. virgin olive oil, 10.8 oz. frozen corn, 1 to 2 tsp. sea salt, 1 T. or less sriracha hot chili sauce.
