Roast Chicken With Hoisin Sauce

2 & 1/4 to 2 & 1/2 lb. chicken,
1/4 c. hoisin sauce,
2 T. minced garlic,
2 T. minced ginger,
2 T. minced shallots.

Cook 425 degrees convection for 50 minutes!
add a few drops roasted sesame oil to hoisin sauce
