12 little neck clams, 1/4 c. grated cheese, 1 T. dried oregano, 1 T. virgin olive oil, 1 T. minced garlic, 3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs, .lemon wedges for garnish, 1 T. minced Italian parsley, 1 t. butter, 1/8 tsp. black pepper.
