2 ea. 3/4 lb. boneless pork chops, 3 granny smith apples, 1/2 c. Calvados, 1 c. light cream, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. dried cranberries, 1/3 c. granulated sugar, 1/3 c. butter, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp. thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
