Miso Soup With Shrimp

2 qt. dashi ( see my recipe ), https://youtu.be/09NpUneUvkU
1 lb. any size medium size shrimps,
1/2 c. julienne carrots,
2 T. minced fresh ginger,
1/8 c. dried Pacific Wakame soaked in 1 c. cold water,
5-7 oz. Enoki mushrooms,
2-2&1/2 oz. oyster mushrooms,
If you can't find these mushrooms, use your favorite.
4 garlic cloves minced,
2-3 oz. onions,
1-2 oz. celery,
7 oz. noodles (your favorite)
1 T. Tamari soy sauce,
3 T. miso paste, use whatever miso you like.
