Asian Style Dipping Sauce And Glaze

3 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, 4 T. seasoned rice vinegar, 3 oz. fresh pineapple, 2 oz. shallots, 2 tsp. paprika, 3/4 qt. water, 2 apricot, 3 T. honey, 1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil add when mixture is cold, 1 tsp. Tamari soy sauce, 2 tsp. fresh ginger, 2 tsp. corn starch mixed with 2 tsp. cold water to thicken.
