Miso Soup With Shrimp And Broccoli

1 lb. peeled shrimp,
1/2 head broccoli,
1 T. minced ginger,
3 T. miso paste (Yamabuki mild miso),
1 qt. bonito dashi
1 oz. bonito flakes added to boiling water,
let stand 3 minutes then strain the qt. (don't add salt)
hiziki/hijiki 1/4 c. dry add to 2 c. cold water and let stand until ready to use.,
1 head baby Bok choy,
3 oz. udon noodle (1 bunch) or use your favorite,
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper.
