Bok Choy With Stir Fry Vegetables

If I left out cutting of the vegetables, the video would be longer.

Makes 3 portion,

Add shrimps, chicken or pork at the end if you wish.

4 heads baby bok choy ( don't use its daddy),
8-9 oz. carrots,
8 oz. onion,
6 oz. trimmed celery,
1/4 c. fresh minced ginger,
4-5 garlic cloves,
2 T. honey,
1 c. scallions,
1 Japanese cucumber,
1/4 c. soy sauce,
1/4 c. oyster sauce,
2 T. corn starch with 2 T. cold water.
Important to listen to the amount of water used.
