Braised Turkey Thigh With Red Cabbage And Black Beans

Easy, one pot cooking.

2 & 1/2 lb. turkey thighs,
1 large onion,
1 c. tomato sauce,
3/4 c. uncooked black beans,
7 garlic cloves,
6-7 oz. fresh pineapple,
1 & 1/2 lbs. red cabbage,
1 T. dried thyme leaves,
1 T. dried oregano,
1 c. water,
3-4 bay leaves,
8 oz. green pepper,
1-2 tsp. black pepper,
1 T sea salt,
2-3 oz. celery,
1 c. dry white wine or red wine.

1 & 1/4 hrs. to braise turkey add 15 minutes with soaked black beans.
