Asian Pork Cubes With Oyster Sauce

16-18 oz. boneless pork loin cut 1" square pieces,
5 garlic cloves,
1/3 c. oyster flavored sauce,
1/2-1 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce,
8 oz. onion,
4 oz. green pepper,
3/4 c. corn starch,
2 T. peanut sauce with veggies,
2 T. peanut sauce 4 times with pork,
1 tsp. roasted sesame oil,
1 tsp. powdered ginger( more on veggies if you like),
1/3 c. unsalted or salted peanuts,
1/8 c. dry sherry,
1 T. hoisin sauce.
1/2 tsp. sea salt with pork,
2 T. peanut oil with veggies
