The Best Beef Brisket Fatty Cut

I use rub as with smoking meats. In place of sugar I use apple sauce. 3 hrs. and fifteen minutes later in a slow cooker. Unusual and pleasant taste.

2.12 lbs. thin cut fatty piece which is part of the top of a brisket of beef which carries all the flavor Rub is 2 tsp. ea. cumin,
black pepper,
garlic powder,
dry mustard
smoked paprika,

3 tsp. dry oregano leaves,
3 tsp. chili powder.
1 T. salt on meat before browning.
