Chicken Leg Bacon Cheese Brandy Chili Powder

2 chicken legs 14-16 oz. ea. ,
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese,
5-6 oz. onion,
4-5 garlic cloves( never use chopped garlic in jars) unless you make your own in olive oil.
1 1/2 oz. bacon,
1 tsp. ea. leg chili powder,
1 oz. sun dried tomato,
1/4 c. brandy/cognac,
1/2 tsp. ea. leg dry oregano( fresh is better),
1/4-1/3 c.scallions.
Cook 30 minutes ea. side. 165 degrees internal temperature.
