1 c.chicken stock,
4 bay leaf,
1 tsp. thyme,
2 medium button mushrooms,
1/4 c. green peppers,
1 T. capers,
1 tsp. hot sauce,
1/2 c. pitted olives,
2 oz. celery,
1/4 c. dry white wine
