Shrimp And Pineapple With Basil And Cream

This recipe is for 2 who love shrimp or 4 guest.

24 ea. 21-25 ct. shell on shrimp,
1 c. cut up pineapple,
2 T. basil puree/paste,
1 tsp. salt and pepper mix for stock,
1 tsp. same mix for shrimp,
1/2 c. shallots or onions
1/3 c. cognac/brandy,
1/2 c. flour,
1/4 c. butter,
1 pint half and half.
Don't overcook the shrimp.
