Lima beans cooked for over 1 hour.
2 lb. oxtail,
1/2 lb. peeled dried Lima beans,
1 lb. onions,
1/2 lb. carrots,
5 oz. celery,
3 bay leaf,
1 T. thyme leaves,
4 oz. any mushroom,
3/4 c. regular flour,
1/4 c. cognac/brandy,
13 oz. plum tomato.
