8.5 oz. noodle, 3 oz. red onion, 3 garlic cloves, 6 piece star anise, 1 T. minced ginger, 2 T. peanut out, 2 T. oyster sauce, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 2/3 c. scallions added when serving, 3 oz. carrots.
