Country Style Pork Ribs With Horseradish And 7 Spices

1 ea. 14-16 oz. pork,
1 tsp. ginger powder,
2 tsp. horseradish powder,
1 tsp. garlic powder,
1 tsp. onion powder, 1 T. any sugar,
1 tsp. tumeric,
1 tsp. chili powder,
1 tsp. yellow mustard powder,
2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt,
1 tsp. black pepper.

400 degrees convection for 25 minutes.
