The Best Vegetable And Turkey Soup

Perfect soup to make after Thanksgiving

yield is 3 and 3/4 qts.

2 qt. turkey stock,
5.5 oz. celery,
9-10 oz. onion,
14 oz. fresh tomato,
4.5 - 5 oz. carrots,
3.5 oz cabbage,
13 oz. potato,
1/3 c. brown rice,
1/3 c. quinoa, 2 T. dried thyme,
2 T. dry basil, 4-5 oz. broccoli stems,
4-8 oz. turkey,
2 tsp. sea salt,
1 tsp. black pepper,
1 T. fresh garlic,
4 bay leaf,
2 T. corn starch with 2 T. cold water or stock for thickening.
