For dumplings:

mix together 2 c. semolina flour---204
1 T. baking powder---6
1/2 tsp. pink salt---0
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
mix together 5 eggs---275
1/4 c. extra light olive oil---204
1/2 c. water, sardines---191
2.5 oz. diced zucchini---12

pour liquid into dry ingredients. Mix well with spoon and refrigerate for 1 hr. Add balls 5 at a time, 3 times.
